Do you have a store?
At the moment, we’re a home based business. We’re located near Lake Charlotte, NS.
How do I order a guitar?
Use the contact form to send us an email. Be sure to specify what you are interested in and we’ll provide you with a written quote. If you decide to proceed, we will require a 50% deposit before we begin work on your project.
How long does it take you to build a guitar?
It depends on what you want and how you want it finished. A typical build takes 4 weeks from the time we order the parts from our supplier until the guitar is finished. Most of that is waiting for the finish to cure. More complex projects will take longer.
Can you ship a guitar to me?
We can for an additional fee. We prefer to keep it local and will happily deliver your finished guitar to your door anywhere in Halifax Regional Municipality.
What type of warranty do you provide?
1 year
What forms of payment do you accept?
At the moment, we are only able to accept Interac e-transfers. As we grow, we will add the ability to accept credit cards.
Can I customize my build?
Our Standard and Deluxe series guitars are not made to brand name tolerances and use generic parts. This means that additional work may be required to make a part fit. We’ll try and list the modifications that are easy to do with each model.
Our Custom series guitars are built from necks and bodies designed to brand name specifications and offer the widest range of customization.
